Noreen Johnson has 40 years experience in the health insurance

industry, including 33 years as a licensed independent agent

in Sedona.  She founded Johnson Insurance Services in 1991 and

is celebrating 33 years of business in 2024.

Noreen works closely with small businesses, assisting with

employee enrollment, benefit questions and claim issues.  

Individual clients depend on her for clear understanding

of personal plans for them and their families.

In 2013 the federal government’s Affordable Care Act

revolutionized the insurance industry.  Beginning in 2010

Noreen attended numerous educational seminars to learn details of the ACA. 

With a complete understanding of these new laws Noreen is able to better advise

her clients and assist with the enrollment process.

Noreen received the "Customer Service" award at the Eleventh Annual Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards Luncheon sponsored by the Sedona/Verde Valley Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.  Noreen also serves on the altar guild at Rock of Ages Lutheran Church and was a member of the Sedona Red Rock High School Scorpion Booster Club for four years.  Noreen was honored with the “Diana Davis Ordean Award” from the SRRHS Scorpion Booster Club for outstanding dedication and contribution.
